Thank you for considering Joseph’s by the Sea to host your Special Event.
We are here to assist you in finalizing details as well as helping to ensure your gathering is a memorable occasion.
Your Special Event may be booked during the afternoon from 11am to 4pm
We offer evening functions for 30+ people during off season
~ before Memorial Day & after Columbus Day ~
Garden Terrace (minimum 30 guests) ~ $500
The Roof (minimum 40 guests) ~ $500
**not meeting the minimum requirement will result in a higher room fee**
To reserve a date at Joseph’s a $500 deposit is required. This deposit is refundable if given a 6 month cancellation notice.
A guaranteed number of guests and menu offerings are due 2 week prior to your event. Your final bill will reflect this number unless the number of guests increases.
Cakes Extraordinaire supplies our cakes for all occasions. If you choose to bring in another product, there is a $1 per person fee.
All payments received will be deducted from the final bill due that day.
Payments: We accept Personal checks, money orders, or cash.
Credit Card payments will result in a 3% processing fee.
